My reiki session with Jo was incredibly insightful and beautifully relaxing.
Jo’s insights were spot on and she was able to identify and put words to emotions that I had been struggling to clarify for years.
Her observations were an amazing learning experience, as she explained the function of each of the chakras and then described what she saw and sensed as she passed over them...This gave me a better understanding and context for the session.
The sense of balance and calm for days afterwards has been AMAZING!

I had a distance healing with Jo - my first ever Reiki healing so I was super open minded and didn’t really know what to expect.
Jo was very friendly, welcoming and open about what happens in a healing and answered my endless questions so well! I had a lovely hour long meditation during the healing and went to sleep shortly after. In the morning Jo had voice messaged me what went on and WOW I was so shocked to hear what she found and knew. I couldn’t recommend Jo enough honestly! She is super talented at what she does and again, just so friendly and open.

I'm not one to usually go for reiki sessions. In fact, it took me a long moment to warm up to the idea of even trying it. Thank god I did though!
Jo provided such an inviting environment that left me feeling very balanced, relaxed and energised.
I didn't realise how much I needed this until it was over. I left feeling like I'd been sunbaking on a beach, while doing yoga AND talking to my therapist... Only all I had to do is sit there and Jo did the rest.
