By participating in/reading/committing to any of my (Joanne Mulquiney) Coaching, Reiki &/or Reading services/website/blog/email series, you agree that you have read each statement below, understand their effect & you agree to proceed, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or specialist health care professional & my services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals.

• I understand that Joanne Mulquiney is a certified Reiki Practitioner attuned to provide Reiki treatments & is in private practice for the service of providing emotional, physical, mental & spiritual support, using Traditional Usui Reiki techniques as a complimentary therapy, & is not acting as a medical or mental health professional.
   

• I understand that Joanne Mulquiney is a certified CONSCIOUSNESS COACH™ qualified to provide holistic coaching, & is in private practice for the service of providing emotional, physical, mental & spiritual support, using the CONSCIOUSNESS COACHING™ modalities, & is not acting as a medical or mental health professional.
   

• I understand any comments, recommendations or guidance given by Joanne Mulquiney, as Coach &/or Practitioner, are offered for my personal growth & journey, to assist me in reaching my goals, & are not offered as medical advice.
   

• I understand that Reiki Healings, 'Soul Readings' & CONSCIOUSNESS COACHINGING™ are not substitutes for medical or mental healthcare, including psychological diagnosis &/or treatment or substance abuse treatment, & I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
   

• I understand that I am solely responsible for my wellbeing & I am in control of the choices & decisions I make, in & in relation to, any products, services or sessions provided by Joanne Mulquiney, whether in-person or via distance/online. With this, I acknowledge that I have the option to stop a session at any time & that it's my responsibility to communicate with Joanne Mulquiney if at any point, I need to do so.
   

• I understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry & that although certified for Complementary Therapists, Joanne Mulquiney is not licensed by the State of Victoria or any other state. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Joanne Mulquiney will be done so, in the State of Victoria.
   

• I understand that Joanne Mulquiney will protect my information as confidential, unless I give written consent for it to be used otherwise. If I report any form of abuse, neglect or threats to harm, to either myself or someone else, I understand that my confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity & necessary actions will be taken. Furthermore, if Joanne Mulquiney is ordered by a Court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.
   

• I understand the use of technology is not always secure & accept the risks of confidentiality, in the use of email, SMS, phone call, video call platforms such as Zoom & Skype, social media platforms & all other technology.
   

• I understand that booking any service(s), or purchasing any products with/from Joanne Mulquiney as Heal with Jo or under the 'Sage & Stone' branding, I have read & agreed to this Service & Products Disclaimer.
   

• I hereby release, waive, acquit & forever discharge Joanne Mulquiney, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, next of kin, administrators or employees from any claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or Joanne Mulquiney, as a result of the advice given by Joanne Mulquiney or otherwise resulting from the Reiki/Coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare & represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this disclaimer has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns & agents.
