TERMS & CONDITIONS

GIFT VOUCHERS

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Gift Vouchers (E-cards & printed) issued by Heal with Jo after 01 November 2021.
YOUR PURCHASE &/or REDEMPTION OF AN E-Gift CARD CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.​
 

1. GIFT CARD REDEMPTION & EXCLUSIONS

1.1 Redemption

Except for the exclusions listed in paragraph 1.2 (Exclusions) below, once loaded with value your Gift Voucher may be redeemed for services at Heal with Jo.

1.2 Exclusions

The following are the exclusions applicable to the redemption of your Gift Voucher:

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers or tender.

  • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on services, not products.
  • 'Service' Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed on the selected service, on the voucher.
  • Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed/transacted once, unless the 'Amount' exceeds the value of the purchased service.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable.

2. USING YOUR GIFT VOUCHER

2.1 Making a purchase with your Gift Voucher

  • Your Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases at Heal with Jo.
  • Your Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Voucher value or the Remaining Gift Voucher Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Voucher value or the remaining Gift Voucher value, an invoice will be sent to the Gift Voucher holder, to the amount of the outstanding balance which must be paid online by either debit or credit card, or bank transfer.
  • No change will be given for any remaining Gift Voucher value. The remaining Gift Voucher value must be used in whole or part where the amount exceeds the service price, against future purchases until the Gift Voucher expires.

2.2 Redeeming Gift Voucher

To redeem your Gift Voucher, please contact us at healwithjo@gmail.com, providing a copy of 'proof of purchase' of your Gift Voucher.

2.3 No cash advances

Heal with Jo Gift Vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Voucher, redeem your Gift Voucher for cash or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Voucher value in cash.

2.4 Checking your Gift Voucher balance and transaction history

You can check your Gift Voucher balance at any time by contacting us at healwithjo@gmail.com who will keep a record of all purchases with your Gift Voucher.

2.5 Can I exchange my Gift Voucher?

You cannot exchange your Gift Voucher for a different denomination or type of Gift Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount.
2.5 Can I re-load or top-up my Gift Voucher?
No. All Gift Voucher 'Services' and/or 'Amounts' are final once purchased.​

3. EXPIRY, CANCELLATION AND RE-ISSUE OF GIFT VOUCHER

3.1 Expiry of Gift Vouchers

There is no expiry date on Heal with Jo Gift Vouchers, however:

  • 'Service' Gift Vouchers are only valid whilst the chosen service is still available.

  • In the event a service is no longer available at Heal with Jo, the 'Service' Gift Voucher will be valid for use for six (6) months, from the date the service was removed.

  • Heal with Jo reserves the right to correct the balance of your Gift Voucher if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.

4. LOST OR STOLEN GIFT VOUCHERS & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Heal with Jo accepts no Liability for errors in the email address provided to us at purchase of a Gift Card.
Heal with Jo assumes no Liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of Gift Vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. REFUND POLICY

All Gift Voucher purchases are final. Refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be given once a Gift Voucher has been purchased.

Services that are purchased solely, or in part with an Gift Voucher may not be exchanged or refunded once booked.

2021 CHRISTMAS PACKS

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Christmas Packs (Pack 1 & Pack 2) issued by Heal with Jo between 01/12/2021-31/12/2021.
YOUR PURCHASE &/or REDEMPTION OF A CHRISTMAS PACK CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.​

1. CHRISTMAS PACKS REDEMPTION & EXCLUSIONS

1.1 Redemption

  • Christmas Pack 1 (3 x 1hr Reiki Healings) can be redeemed as 3 single 1hr Reiki Healing sessions; one at a time
  • Christmas Pack 2 (3 x 1hr Reiki Healings + 2 x Soul Readings) can be redeemed as 2 single 1.5hr Reiki Healing & Soul Reading sessions, plus 1 single 1hr Reiki Healing session; one at a time. The Reiki Healing on it's own must be redeemed between the two Reiki Healing & Soul Readings. The two Reiki Healing & Soul Readings must be redeemed at least 6 months apart.
  • Either pack may be redeemed in-person or via distance, or a combination of both

Except for the exclusions listed in paragraph 1.2 (Exclusions) below, once loaded with value your Christmas Pack may be redeemed for services at Heal with Jo.

  • Christmas Pack 1 has a 6 month expiration, from the date of the first session booking or 31/03/2021, whichever occurs first.

  • Christmas Pack 2 has a 9 month expiration, from the date of the first booking or 31/03/2021, whichever occurs first.

  • Heal with Jo reserves the right to correct the balance of your Christmas Pack, if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.

4. LOST OR STOLEN CHRISTMAS PACKS & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Heal with Jo accepts no Liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of Christmas Pack
Christmas Packs cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. BOOKING & REFUND POLICY

All Christmas Pack purchases are final. Refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be given once a Christmas Pack has been purchased.

Services that are purchased solely, or in part with an Gift Voucher may not be exchanged or refunded once booked.
Cancellation of any appointments will require one (1) weeks notice, & re-scheduling of any appointments will require at least 48hrs notice.
Cancellation or re-scheduling of any service within the minimum time frame listed above, will be forfeited.

2022 CHRISTMAS PACKS

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Christmas Packs (Pack 1, Pack 2 & Pack 3) issued by Heal with Jo between 05/12/2022-20/12/2023.
YOUR PURCHASE &/or REDEMPTION OF A CHRISTMAS PACK CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.​

1. CHRISTMAS PACKS REDEMPTION & EXCLUSIONS

1.1 Redemption

  • Christmas Pack 1 (2 x 1hr Reiki Healing & 1 x Reiki Healing & Soul Reading) can be redeemed as 2 single 1hr Reiki Healing sessions, plus 1 single 1hr Reiki Healing & Soul Reading sessions session. The Reiki Healing & Soul Reading session must be redeemed between the two Reiki Healing Sessions.
  • Christmas Pack 2 (4 x 1hr Reiki Healings) can be redeemed as 4 single 1hr Reiki Healing sessions; one at a time. Each Reiki Healing must be redeemed 1 per season (Summer, Autumn, Winter & Spring) between 09/01/2023 & 20/12/2023.
  • Pack 1 &/or 2 may be redeemed in-person or via distance, or a combination of both, except for the exclusions listed in paragraph 1.2 (Exclusions) below, once loaded with value your Christmas Pack may be redeemed for services at Heal with Jo.

  • The fourth session for Christmas Christmas Pack 2 must be scheduled by 20/1/2023

  • Christmas Pack 1 has a 6 month expiration, from the date of the first session booking or 31/03/2021, whichever occurs first.

  • Christmas Pack 2 has a 9 month expiration, from the date of the first booking or 31/03/2021, whichever occurs first.

By providing your email address to Heal with Jo in any manner, for example: a contact form, newsletter sign up, a free offer or otherwise, you are agreeing to be subscribed to Heal with Jo's newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the MailChimp emails.
