The duration of each coaching session is 1hr.
Your first session is a 1.5hr session, enabling us to explore your current challenges in more detail & get clearer on where you are currently at in your journey, where you want to be & begin to uncover what's stopping you from moving forward.
By getting a deeper insight into your circumstances, I will be able to map out an action orientated 'Empowerment Plan' for your future guidance.
